All items purchased from Desire2 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Desire2 attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Desire2 does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Desire2 itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product measurements given are only approximate. As each product is handmade or digital printed and thus unique, these measurements may vary slightly for certain products.

The color of the products may also vary slightly from that observed in the pictures.

COLOR AND SIZE ACCURACY

We make every effort to insure that our online catalog is as colour accurate and true to size as possible, however due to the extreme variables in computers, slight deviations in colors and sizes should be tolerated. (All online images are at 72dpi) Also keep in mind that slight variations in colors from the manufacturers can occur from time to time.

PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
